    How will I know that my order is confirmed?

    Do I always have to log in to order an item? Or can I also order while I'm not logged in?

We will be glad to help you.
    What is the pickup process for returning my purchased product?
    The members of Kiukart will schedule the pickup of the cancelled products from your location after receiving your request for replacement. But you will have to ensure that products whether sarees online or Indian fashion jewelry are unused and are in original condition. The price tags, labels, original packing and invoice along with the original product MUST be there while we go into the pickup process.
    I would like to retain the product I cancelled before. What do I do?
